2. Use of Service

To use Find U Way, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent
Be responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases made through Find U Way are binding. Once a purchase is confirmed, the following applies:

Purchases are final and binding once payment is processed
Refund policies vary by event and are set by the event promoter
Ticket transfers may be subject to event-specific restrictions

Important: A booking fee may be applied by the event organizer. This booking fee is non-refundable, even if the event is cancelled or a refund is issued for the ticket price.

Refund Policy: Refund eligibility and timelines are determined by each event promoter. Find U Way facilitates refunds but is not responsible for promoter refund decisions.

4. User Conduct

When using Find U Way, you agree not to:

Engage in any fraudulent activity or misrepresent your identity
Resell tickets above their face value
Disrupt or interfere with the platform or other users' experience
Use automated tools, bots, or scraping to access the platform
Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The Find U Way platform, including its design, logos, software, and content, is owned by Find U Way and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.

By submitting content to Find U Way (such as event descriptions, images, or reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

Find U Way serves as a platform connecting event-goers with event promoters. We are not responsible for:

Event changes, cancellations, or postponements made by promoters
The quality or safety of events listed on the platform
Disputes between buyers and event promoters
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Find U Way after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
