- Browse events: Explore upcoming events in Malta and beyond from our homepage
- Buy tickets: Select your tickets, proceed to checkout, and pay securely with Stripe
2. Tickets & Purchases
Everything you need to know about buying tickets:
- How to buy: Go to the event page, select the ticket type and quantity, then click "Buy Now!" to proceed to secure checkout via Stripe
- Where are my tickets: After purchase, your tickets are available in My Events (/my-events) in your account
- Didn't receive tickets: Check your email inbox and spam/junk folder for the confirmation email. If you still can't find them, contact us
3. Refunds
Refund policies vary by event and are set by the event promoter. Please check the event page for the specific refund policy before purchasing.
If you need to request a refund, contact our support team with your order details.
4. Account
Managing your Find U Way account:
- Update profile: Go to your account settings to update your name, email, or password
- Delete account: Send us an email requesting account deletion. Requests are processed within 48 hours
- Forgot password: Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page to reset your password via email
